A two day online training on "Post Harvest Handling & Value Addition of Fruits & Vegetables" was conducted for the farmers,entrepreneurs and SHGs, on 22nd & 23rd July, 2021. The scientists from KAU detailed the processing and value addition methods that can be followed for fruits and vegetables cultivated in homesteads.Nearly 235 people participated in this online training.
